Mishkat al-Masabih 2906
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا تَقَاضَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَغْلَظَ لَهُ فَهَمَّ أَصْحَابُهُ فَقَالَ: «دَعُوهُ فَإِنَّ لِصَاحِبِ الْحَقِّ مَقَالًا وَاشْتَرُوا لَهُ بَعِيرًا فَأَعْطُوهُ إِيَّاهُ» قَالُوا: لَا نَجِدُ إِلَّا أَفْضَلَ مِنْ سِنِّهِ قَالَ: «اشْتَرُوهُ فَأَعْطُوهُ إِيَّاهُ فَإِنَّ خَيْرَكُمْ أحسنكم قَضَاء»

Abu Hurayrah reported that a man demanded repayment from the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) and spoke harshly to him. His Companions wanted to stop the man, but the Prophet said: ‘Leave him, for the creditor has the right to speak. Buy him a camel and give it to him.’ They said: ‘We can find only one older than his.’ He said: ‘Buy it and give it to him, for the best of you are those best in repaying.’ It is agreed upon. Its listed grading is agreed upon (al-Albani).
