وَعَن أبي حرَّة الرقاشِي عَن عَمه قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «أَلا تَظْلِمُوا أَلَا لَا يَحِلُّ مَالُ امْرِئٍ إِلَّا بِطِيبِ نَفْسٍ مِنْهُ» . رَوَاهُ الْبَيْهَقِيُّ فِي شُعَبِ الْإِيمَان وَالدَّارَقُطْنِيّ فِي الْمُجْتَبى
Translation

Abu Hurrah al-Raqashi reported from his uncle that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said: ‘Do not wrong one another. No person’s property is lawful except with his willing consent.’ Al-Bayhaqi transmitted it in Shu‘ab al-Iman, and al-Daraqutni in al-Mujtaba. Its listed grading has not been studied (al-Albani).
