Translation
Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, said: She asked, ‘Messenger of Allah, what should I say?’—meaning during visits to graves. He replied, ‘Say: Peace be upon the inhabitants of these dwellings among the believers and Muslims. May Allah have mercy on those of us who went ahead and those who came later. If Allah wills, we shall join you.’ Muslim transmitted it.
