Arabic hadith text
وَعَن ابنِ عبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: يُلَبِّي المقيمُ أَوِ المعتَمِرُ حَتَّى يستلمَ الْحَجَرَ) . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَقَالَ: وَرُوِيَ مَوْقُوفًا على ابنِ عبَّاس.

Ibn ‘Abbas reported: A resident or a person performing ‘Umrah continues reciting the talbiyah until he touches the Black Stone. [Abu Dawud] Abu Dawud said: It has also been reported as a statement of Ibn ‘Abbas.
