‘A’ishah reported: On the final day, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed the circumambulation of arrival after praying the noon prayer, then returned to Mina. He stayed there during the nights of the Days of Tashriq and stoned each pillar with seven pebbles after the sun passed its zenith, saying “Allahu akbar” with each pebble. He would stand for a long time at the first and second pillars, humbly supplicating, but he would not stop at the third. [Abu Dawud]
