وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: «إِذَا لَمْ يَجِدِ الْمُحْرِمُ نَعْلَيْنِ لَبَسَ خُفَّيْنِ وَإِذَا لَمْ يَجِدْ إِزَارًا لَبَسَ سَرَاوِيل»

Ibn ‘Abbas reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ addressing the people and saying: “If a person in ihram cannot find sandals, he may wear leather socks; and if he cannot find a waist-wrapper, he may wear trousers.” [Agreed upon]
