وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «من أحيى أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً فَلَهُ فِيهَا أَجْرٌ وَمَا أَكَلَتِ الْعَافِيَةُ مِنْهُ فَهُوَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ» . رَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيُّ والدارمي

Translation

Jabir reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: ‘Whoever brings dead land to life will have a reward for it, and whatever creatures seeking food eat from it will be charity for him.’ Al-Nasa’i and al-Darimi transmitted it.
