وَعَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلِيَ أَجْرٌ أَنْ أَنْفِقَ عَلَى بَنِي أَبِي سَلَمَةَ؟ إِنَّمَا هُمْ بَنِيَّ فَقَالَ: «أَنَفِقِي عَلَيْهِمْ فَلَكِ أَجْرُ مَا أَنْفَقْتِ عَلَيْهِم»

Translation

Umm Salamah said: I asked, ‘Messenger of Allah, will I receive a reward for spending on the sons of Abu Salamah? They are my own sons.’ He replied: ‘Spend on them, and you will have a reward for what you spend on them.’
