حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَبِي،
عُثْمَانَ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا كَثِيرٍ، حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ
اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم "الْخَمْرُ مِنْ هَاتَيْنِ الشَّجَرَتَيْنِ النَّخْلَةِ وَالْعِنَبَةِ "
Translation
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) having said
Wine is prepared from the (fruit) of these two trees-date-palm and vine.
