Clarifying that Kissing when fasting is not unlawful for the one whose desire is not provoked by that Sahih Muslim 1106 e
Translation
'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to kiss (his wives) while fasting; and he had the greatest control over his desire (as compared with you).
