Giving The Choice To A Slave Woman Who Has Been Set Free And Whose Husband Is Still A Slave
Arabic hadith text
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ رُومَانَ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، رضى الله عنها قَالَتْكَانَ زَوْجُ بَرِيرَةَ عَبْدًا .
Translation
It was narrated that 'Aishah, may Allah be pleased with her, said
"The husband of Barirah was a slave."
