What Kind of Thickened Grape Juice is Permissible to Drink and What Kind is Not Permitte
Arabic hadith text
أَخْبَرَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّ أَبَا الدَّرْدَاءِ، كَانَيَشْرَبُ مَا ذَهَبَ ثُلُثَاهُ وَبَقِيَ ثُلُثُهُ .
Translation
It was narrated from Sa'eed bin Al-Musayyab that
Abu Ad-Darda' used to drink that of which two-third had gone and one-third was left.
