Selling Fresh Dates Still O The Tree For Dried Dates

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلمنَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ .وَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلمرَخَّصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا .
Translation
It was narrated from Salim, from his father, that
the Prophet forbade selling fresh dates still on the tree for dried dates. Ibn 'Umar said: "Azid bin Thabit narrated to me, that Allah's Messenger permitted that in the case o 'Ayaya"'
