Selling food before taking possession of it
Arabic hadith text
أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ وَأَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ، ذَلِكَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عِصْمَةَ الْجُشَمِيِّ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم
Translation
Ibn Jurayi said
"Ata' told me that from 'Abdullah bin 'Ismah Al-Jushami from Hakim bin Hizam from the prophet. "
