Arabic hadith text
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْخَيْلُ فِي نَوَاصِيهَا الْخَيْرُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
Translation
Qutaibah bin Sa'id narrated to us: Al-Laith narrated to us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, from the Messenger of Allah, who said: 'Good remains in the forelocks of horses until the Day of Resurrection.'
