أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ مَنْ قَالَ حِينَ يَسْمَعُ النِّدَاءَ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ هَذِهِ الدَّعْوَةِ التَّامَّةِ وَالصَّلاَةِ الْقَائِمَةِ آتِ مُحَمَّدًا الْوَسِيلَةَ وَالْفَضِيلَةَ وَابْعَثْهُ الْمَقَامَ الْمَحْمُودَ الَّذِي وَعَدْتَهُ إِلاَّ حَلَّتْ لَهُ شَفَاعَتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Translation

'Amr ibn Mansur reported to us. He said: 'Ali ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us. He said: Shu'ayb narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, 'Whoever says upon hearing the call to prayer: O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and the prayer about to be established, grant Muhammad al-Wasilah and excellence, and raise him to the praised station You have promised him—my intercession will be due for him on the Day of Resurrection.'
