On the authority of Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, who said that the Messenger of Allah, blessings and peace be upon him, said: Allah said: I have prepared for My righteous servants what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and what has never occurred to a human heart. So recite, if you wish: ‘No soul knows what has been hidden for them of comfort to the eyes.’

It was related by al-Bukhari, Muslim, al-Tirmidhi, and Ibn Majah.

The English witness supplies a Quran chapter and verse, names the inhabitants of Paradise in parentheses, and attributes the recitation formula to Abu Hurayrah in a footnote; those details do not appear in the Arabic text.
