Benevolent Treatment towards Orphans, Girls, the Weak, the Poor and the Humble Persons
Arabic hadith text
وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " كافل اليتيم له أو لغيره أنا وهو كهاتين في الجنة" وأشار الراوي وهو مالك ابن أنس بالسبابة والوسطى. ((رواه مسلم)).
Translation
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who takes care of an orphan, whether he is his relative or a stranger, will be in Jannah with me like these two". The narrator, Malik bin Anas raised his forefinger and middle finger for illustration.[Muslim].
