Excellence and Etiquette of Sincere love for the sake of Allah
Arabic hadith text
عن أبي كريمة المقداد بن معد يكرب رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "إذا أحب الرجل أخاه، فليخبره أنه يحبه" ((رواه أبو داود، والترمذي وقال : حديث حسن)).
Translation
Abu Karimah Al-Miqdam bin Ma'dikarib (May Allah be pleased with him) reported
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "When a man loves his brother (for Allah's sake) let him tell him that he loves him".[Abu Dawud and At- Tirmidhi, who classified it as Hadith Sahih].
