Arabic hadith text
التاسع: عن عمر رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "لا يسأل الرجل فيم ضرب امرأته" ((رواه أبو دواد وغيره)) .
Translation
'Umar (May Allah be pleased with him) reported that
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No man shall be asked for the reason of beating his wife".[Abu Dawud].
