Prohibition of Malpractices in Commerce Riyad as-Salihin 1776
Arabic hadith text
وعن ابن عمر قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم :”لا تتلقوا السلع حتى يهبط بها إلى الأسواق" ((متفق عليه)).
Translation
Ibn 'Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) said
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Do not meet the merchandise till they arrive in the market."[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
