عن جابر رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏"‏لا تأكلوا بالشمال، فإن الشيطان يأكل ويشرب بشماله‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

Jabir (May Allah be pleased with him) said

I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: "Do not eat with your left hand, because Satan eats and drinks with his left hand."[Muslim].
