عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏"‏إن الذين يصنعون هذه الصور يعذبون يوم القيامة، يقال لهم‏:‏ أحيوا ما خلقتم‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

Ibn 'Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) said

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Those who draw pictures will be punished on the Day of Resurrection; and it will be said to them: 'Breathe soul into what you have created."'[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
