وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ “اتقوا اللاعنين” قالوا‏:‏ وما اللاعنان‏؟‏ قال‏:‏ ‏"‏الذي يتخلى في طريق الناس أو في ظلهم‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Avoid two habits which provoke cursing." The Companions said: "What are those things which provoke cursing?" He said, "Relieving on the thoroughfares or under the shades where people take shelter and rest."[Muslim].
