وعن حذيفة وأبي ذر رضي الله عنهما أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان إذا أوى إلى فراشه قال‏:‏ ‏"‏باسمك اللهم أحيا وأموت‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه البخاري‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

'A ishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported

Whenever the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) went to bed, he would blow upon his hands recite Al-Mu'awwidhat; and pass his hands over his body.[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
