The Desirability of Observing Saum (Fasting) on Monday and Thursday

وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يتحرى صوم الاثنين والخميس. ((رواه الترمذي وقال حديث حسن)).
Translation
'Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her)u reported
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to observe fast on Mondays and Thursdays.[At-Tirmidhi].
