حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْدِيُّ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَجْلاَنَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ صَلَّى الصُّبْحَ فَهُوَ فِي ذِمَّةِ اللَّهِ فَلاَ يُتْبِعَنَّكُمُ اللَّهُ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ ذِمَّتِهِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ جُنْدَبٍ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ . وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ .

Bun dar narrated to us: Ma‘di ibn Sulayman narrated to us: Ibn ‘Ajlan narrated to us, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said: ‘Whoever performs the dawn prayer is under Allah’s protection. So do not violate Allah’s covenant in any way.’ Abu ‘Isa said: There are reports on this topic from Jundab and Ibn ‘Umar. This is a hasan gharib hadith through this route.
