حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، وَثَابِتٌ، وَقَتَادَةُ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ نَاسًا، مِنْ عُرَيْنَةَ قَدِمُوا الْمَدِينَةَ فَاجْتَوَوْهَا فَبَعَثَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَةِ وَقَالَ " اشْرَبُوا مِنْ أَلْبَانِهَا وَأَبْوَالِهَا " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ . وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Al-Hasan ibn Muhammad al-Za‘farani said: ‘Affan narrated to us: Hammad ibn Salamah said: Humayd, Thabit, and Qatadah informed us, from Anas, that some people from ‘Uraynah came to Madinah and found its climate disagreeable. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent them to the charity camels and said: “Drink some of their milk and urine.” Abu ‘Isa said: A report on this topic is also related from Ibn ‘Abbas. This hadith is hasan sahih.
