Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna and Bundar reported through Muhammad ibn Ja‘far, from Shu‘bah, from Simak ibn Harb, from ‘Abbad ibn Hubaysh, from ‘Adi ibn Hatim, that the Prophet said, ‘The Jews are those who have incurred [Allah’s] anger, and the Christians are astray.’ The full hadith was then related.
