حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ، قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ : ( يَسْتَفْتُونَكَ قُلِ اللَّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِي الْكَلاَلَةِ ) فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " تُجْزِيكَ آيَةُ الصَّيْفِ " .

Al-Bara’ reported: ‘A man came to the Messenger of Allah and said, “Messenger of Allah, [what is the ruling in] “They ask you for a ruling. Say: Allah gives you a ruling concerning kalalah” (Qur’an 4:176)?” The Prophet replied, “The summer verse is sufficient for you.”’
