Abu Hurayrah reported that the Prophet said, ‘There is a surah of thirty verses in the Qur’an that intercedes for a man until he is forgiven: “Blessed is He in whose hand is the dominion” (Surah al-Mulk).’ Abu ‘Isa graded this hadith hasan.
Notes and open questions — unreviewed
The Arabic describes the surah as interceding on behalf of a man until he is forgiven; Tabarak alladhi bi-yadihi al-mulk is the opening of Surah al-Mulk.
