حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَرَفَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ مُرَّةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " حُسَيْنٌ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْ حُسَيْنٍ أَحَبَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ أَحَبَّ حُسَيْنًا حُسَيْنٌ سِبْطٌ مِنَ الأَسْبَاطِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ وَإِنَّمَا نَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ ابْنِ خُثَيْمٍ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ .
Al-Hasan ibn ‘Arafah narrated to us: Isma‘il ibn ‘Ayyash narrated to us, from ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Uthman ibn Khuthaym, from Sa‘id ibn Rashid, from Ya‘la ibn Murrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, ‘Husayn is from me, and I am from Husayn. May Allah love whoever loves Husayn. Husayn is a sibṭ among the asbat.’ Abu ‘Isa said: This hadith is hasan. We know it only through the narration of ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Uthman ibn Khuthaym, and more than one person transmitted it from him.
