Abu Ja‘far al-Simnani narrated to us: Sulayman ibn ‘Ubayd Allah al-Raqqi narrated to us; ‘Ubayd Allah ibn ‘Amr al-Raqqi narrated to us, from Ma‘mar, from Qatadah, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibited a man from putting on his sandals while standing. Abu ‘Isa said: This hadith is gharīb (rare). Muhammad ibn Isma‘il said: ‘This hadith is not authentic, nor is the hadith of Ma‘mar, from ‘Ammar ibn Abi ‘Ammar, from Abu Hurayrah.’

The witness adds the parenthetical number ‘no.1775’, which is absent from the Arabic text, and renders ‘not authentic’ as ‘not correct’. The Arabic also has no parentheses here.

Can the added reference number and this rendering difference be confirmed against the intended edition?
