حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُظَاهِرُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الْقَاسِمُ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " طَلاَقُ الأَمَةِ تَطْلِيقَتَانِ وَعِدَّتُهَا حَيْضَتَانِ " . قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا مُظَاهِرٌ، بِهَذَا . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ عَائِشَةَ حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ مَرْفُوعًا إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ مُظَاهِرِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ وَمُظَاهِرٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُ لَهُ فِي الْعِلْمِ غَيْرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ . وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَغَيْرِهِمْ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ وَإِسْحَاقَ .

Muhammad ibn Yahya al-Naysaburi narrated to us: Abu Asim narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, who said: Muzahir ibn Aslam narrated to me, from al-Qasim, from Aishah, that the Messenger of Allah said: The divorce of an enslaved woman is two divorces, and her waiting period is two menstrual cycles. Muhammad ibn Yahya said: Abu Asim also narrated this to us from Muzahir, with this report. It is also reported in this chapter from Abd Allah ibn Umar. Abu Isa said: We know the hadith of Aishah as a report traced to the Prophet only through Muzahir ibn Aslam; we know no other scholarly report from Muzahir. Scholars among the Companions of the Prophet and others act on this. It is the view of Sufyan al-Thawri, al-Shafi'i, Ahmad, and Ishaq.
