Muhammad ibn Abd al-Malik ibn Abi al-Shawarib narrated to us: Yazid ibn Zuray' narrated to us: Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Urwah, from A'ishah, who said: The Messenger of Allah said, ‘Five harmful creatures may be killed within the sanctuary: a mouse, a scorpion, a crow, a kite, and a vicious dog.’
There are reports on this topic from Ibn Mas'ud, Ibn Umar, Abu Hurayrah, Abu Sa'id, and Ibn Abbas. Abu Isa said: The hadith of A'ishah is hasan sahih.
