Humayd ibn Mas'adah al-Basri narrated to us: Sufyan ibn Habib narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Hassan, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, that the Prophet married Maymunah while in ihram.
There is also a report on this topic from A'ishah. Abu Isa said: The hadith of Ibn Abbas is hasan sahih. Some scholars act on it; this is the view of Sufyan al-Thawri and the scholars of Kufa.
