حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، صَلَّى بِجَمْعٍ فَجَمَعَ بَيْنَ الصَّلاَتَيْنِ بِإِقَامَةٍ وَقَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَعَلَ مِثْلَ هَذَا فِي هَذَا الْمَكَانِ ‏.‏

Muhammad ibn Bashshar narrated to us: Yahya ibn Sa'id al-Qattan narrated to us: Sufyan al-Thawri narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Abd Allah ibn Malik, that Ibn Umar led the prayer at Muzdalifah and combined the two prayers with one iqamah. He said, ‘I saw the Messenger of Allah do the same in this place.’
