حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ الصَّوَّافُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ كُسِرَ أَوْ عَرِجَ فَقَدْ حَلَّ وَعَلَيْهِ حَجَّةٌ أُخْرَى " . فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالاَ صَدَقَ . حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الأَنْصَارِيُّ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، مِثْلَهُ . قَالَ وَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُهُ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ . هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ الصَّوَّافِ نَحْوَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ . وَرَوَى مَعْمَرٌ وَمُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ سَلاَّمٍ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ . وَحَجَّاجٌ الصَّوَّافُ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِي حَدِيثِهِ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ رَافِعٍ . وَحَجَّاجٌ ثِقَةٌ حَافِظٌ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْحَدِيثِ . وَسَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدًا يَقُولُ رِوَايَةُ مَعْمَرٍ وَمُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ سَلاَّمٍ أَصَحُّ . حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَحْوَهُ .

Ishaq ibn Mansur narrated to us: Rawh ibn Ubadah informed us: Hajjaj al-Sawwaf narrated to us: Yahya ibn Abi Kathir narrated to us, from Ikrimah, who said: al-Hajjaj ibn Amr told me that the Messenger of Allah said, ‘Whoever suffers a broken bone or becomes lame has been released from ihram, and must perform Hajj another year.’ I mentioned this to Abu Hurayrah and Ibn Abbas, and they said, ‘He spoke the truth.’
Ishaq ibn Mansur narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Abd Allah al-Ansari informed us, from al-Hajjaj, with a similar report. He said, ‘I heard the Messenger of Allah say it.’ Abu Isa said: This is a hasan hadith. More than one narrator transmitted a report like this from Hajjaj al-Sawwaf. Ma'mar and Mu'awiyah ibn Sallam narrated it from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Ikrimah, from Abd Allah ibn Rafi, from al-Hajjaj ibn Amr, from the Prophet. Hajjaj al-Sawwaf's version does not mention Abd Allah ibn Rafi. Hajjaj is considered trustworthy and precise by hadith scholars. I heard Muhammad say that the reports of Ma'mar and Mu'awiyah ibn Sallam are more sound.
Abd ibn Humayd narrated to us: Abd al-Razzaq informed us: Ma'mar informed us, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Ikrimah, from Abd Allah ibn Rafi, from al-Hajjaj ibn Amr, from the Prophet, with a similar report.
