Ibn Abi Umar narrated to us: Abd al-Wahhab al-Thaqafi narrated to us, from Ayyub. Ahmad ibn Mani' and Ali ibn Hujr also narrated to us. They said: Isma'il ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Abu Qilabah, from Abdullah ibn Yazid, a foster-son of Aishah, from Aishah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said: 'No Muslim dies and a community of Muslims, reaching one hundred, prays over him and intercedes for him, but their intercession for him is accepted.' In his narration, Ali ibn Hujr said, 'One hundred or more.' Abu Isa said: The hadith of Aishah is hasan sahih, though some transmitted it as a statement ending with a Companion and did not attribute it to the Prophet.

رَضِيعٌ كَانَ لِعَائِشَةَ - عَنْ عَائِشَةَ،
The brief phrase raḍīʿ kāna li-ʿĀʾishah identifies Abdullah ibn Yazid by a nursing relationship but leaves the exact relation unstated.
Is 'foster-son' sufficiently precise without adding a kinship detail absent from the Arabic?
