Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Aswad, Abu Amr al-Basri, narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Rabi'ah narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade plastering graves, writing on them, building over them, and walking on them. Abu Isa said: This is a hasan sahih hadith, and it has been narrated through more than one route from Jabir. Some scholars, including al-Hasan al-Basri, allowed coating graves with mud. Al-Shafi'i said: There is no harm in coating a grave with mud.

The Arabic distinguishes plastering or coating graves and walking over them; the material and degree of coating are not specified.
Does 'plastering' accurately convey tajsīs while keeping it distinct from coating with mud in the following commentary?
