Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، أَخْبَرَتْهُ عَمْرَةُ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَيَقْطَعُ فِي رُبْعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا .قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ عَائِشَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ مَرْفُوعًا
Translation
Narrated 'Aishah
That the Prophet (ﷺ) used to cut the hand for a fourth of a Dinar and beyond that.
