وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ، غَيْرِ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ قَسَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ضَحَايَا فَبَقِيَ جَذَعَةٌ فَسَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " ضَحِّ بِهَا أَنْتَ " . حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتَوَائِيُّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ بَعْجَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَدْرٍ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ .

It has also been transmitted through another route from Uqbah ibn Amir that he said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) distributed sacrificial animals, and one young sheep remained. I asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about it, and he said: “You sacrifice it.” Muhammad ibn Bashshar narrated this to us: Yazid ibn Harun and Abu Dawud narrated to us; both said: Hisham al-Dastawai narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Bajah ibn Abdullah ibn Badr, from Uqbah ibn Amir, from the Prophet (ﷺ), with this hadith.
