حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْخَلاَّلُ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، وَسَلَمَةُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ، وَغَيْرُ، وَاحِدٍ، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ النَّبِيلُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيَّ، فِي عَشَرَةٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْهُمْ أَبُو قَتَادَةَ بْنُ رِبْعِيٍّ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ بِمَعْنَاهُ وَزَادَ فِيهِ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ هَذَا الْحَرْفَ قَالُوا صَدَقْتَ هَكَذَا صَلَّى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى زَادَ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ هَذَا الْحَرْفَ قَالُوا صَدَقْتَ هَكَذَا صَلَّى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم .

Muhammad ibn Bashshar, al-Hasan ibn Ali al-Khallal al-Hulwani, Salamah ibn Shabib, and others narrated to us: They said: Abu Asim al-Nabil narrated to us: Abd al-Hamid ibn Jafar narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Amr ibn Ata said: I heard Abu Humayd al-Saidi, among ten Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), including Abu Qatadah ibn Ribiyy, and he mentioned a report similar in meaning to the narration of Yahya ibn Said. Abu Asim added this wording from Abd al-Hamid ibn Jafar: They said: You have spoken the truth; this is how the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed. Abu Isa said: Abu Asim, al-Dahhak ibn Makhlad, added this wording to the hadith through Abd al-Hamid ibn Jafar: They said: You have spoken the truth; this is how the Prophet prayed.
