Muadh ibn Jabal reported that the Prophet used to regard prayer in gardens as recommended. Abu Dawud explained that this means orchards. Abu Isa said: The hadith of Muadh is gharib; we know it only through al-Hasan ibn Abi Jafar. Yahya ibn Said and others considered al-Hasan ibn Abi Jafar weak. The name of Abu al-Zubayr was Muhammad ibn Muslim ibn Tadrus, and the name of Abu al-Tufayl was Amir ibn Wathilah.
