Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَهَا . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعَائِشَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Ibn Umar said: I prayed with the Prophet two rakahs before the noon prayer and two rakahs after it. Reports on this topic are also narrated from Ali and Aishah. Abu Isa said: The hadith of Ibn Umar is sound.
