حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ حُبَابٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، وَأَبِي، سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِذَا أَمَّنَ الإِمَامُ فَأَمِّنُوا فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ وَافَقَ تَأْمِينُهُ تَأْمِينَ الْمَلاَئِكَةِ غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ ‏" ‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏

Abu Kurayb Muhammad ibn al-Ala narrated to us: Zayd ibn Hubab narrated to us: Malik ibn Anas narrated to me: al-Zuhri narrated to us, from Sa‘id ibn al-Musayyab and Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, who said: When the imam says Amen, say Amen. Whoever’s saying of Amen coincides with the angels’ saying of Amen will have his past sins forgiven.

Abu Isa said: The hadith of Abu Hurayrah is hasan sahih.
