Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَكْثَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ قَابُوسِ بْنِ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَصْلُحُ قِبْلَتَانِ فِي أَرْضٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَلَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ جِزْيَةٌ " .

Yahya ibn Aktham told us: Jarir told us, from Qabus ibn Abi Zabyan, from his father, from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Two qiblahs cannot coexist in one land, and there is no jizyah upon Muslims.”
