حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ سَنَّ فِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ وَالْعُيُونُ أَوْ كَانَ عَثَرِيًّا الْعُشْرُ وَفِيمَا سُقِيَ بِالنَّضْحِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Ahmad ibn al-Hasan told us: Said ibn Abi Maryam told us: Ibn Wahb told us: Yunus told me, from Ibn Shihab, from Salim, from his father, from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, that he established a tenth on crops watered by rain or springs, or growing without irrigation, and half a tenth on crops watered by drawing water. Abu Isa said: This hadith is hasan sahih.
