Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنِي بُرَيْهُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ سَفِينَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ أَكَلْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لَحْمَ حُبَارَى .
Translation
Al-Fadl ibn Sahl narrated to us: Ibrahim ibn ʿAbd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us: Burayh ibn ʿUmar ibn Safinah narrated to me, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: I ate bustard meat with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
