Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ النَّمَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَأْكُلُ الْقِثَّاءَ بِالرُّطَبِ .
Translation
Hafs ibn ʿUmar al-Namari narrated to us: Ibrahim ibn Saʿd narrated to us, from his father, from ʿAbd Allah ibn Jaʿfar, that the Prophet ﷺ used to eat cucumber with fresh dates.
